As part of our ongoing crewing requirements we have another opportunity for a full-time Administrator/ Trainee Crew Support Officer looking to advance their career within a dynamic maritime company in Glasgow. We are seeking a hardworking and proactive individual who can demonstrate initiative, has a keen interest in recruitment, crewing, and administration, and is eager to learn new skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all recruitment and crewing administration is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to colleagues within the crewing and recruitment teams.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the recruitment and crewing processes within CMR.

ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the recruitment or shipping industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Candidates MUST live a commutable distance from our Glasgow Office.
- Right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role.
