Staff from across Clyde Marine Recruitment’s offices together with some clients were recently given the opportunity to attend an entirely bespoke MLC training course, delivered by Darren Roberts of Bureau Veritas.

Despite it being an intrinsically ‘dry’ subject, the half day course was delivered by Darren in a positive and entertaining manner which helped reinforce important points. The aim was to help equip staff with relevant information pertinent to our marine recruitment sector and, irrespective of previous knowledge of MLC, everyone got something out of it.

Clyde Marine Recruitment have been working closely with Bureau Veritas since the early 90’s and we have been instrumental in guiding industry wide change, such as providing the framework for Bureau Veritas Quality Management Standard for ASMO (Approved Seafarer Manning Office).
