Clyde Marine Recruitment Latvia held an open day in Ventspils on 28^th March to attract new candidates wishing to embark on a career at sea as Catering Crew for one of their major ferry operator clients. We were glad to engage with new candidates who had previous hospitality experience or had attended a catering college and take this opportunity to thank everyone for coming along..

Representatives from CMR and the Ferry Operator were in attendance to provide a series of informative presentations about the vacancies on offer.  Candidates also had the opportunity to ask questions and hear from people that had first hand experience of life at sea from personnel who currently work on the vessels we were recruiting for.

NEXT OPEN DAY 11TH APRIL, LIEPAJA

If you are keen to attend an open day then there is another opportunity to attend a second recruitment day in Liepaja on 11th April. You don’t need to have previous sea going experience, we are keen to talk to people with hospitality experience or have attended catering college. Those who have previous experience and current STCW certification are also very welcome to attend.

The next recruitment day is to be held at at Hotel Amrita, R?gas iela 7/9, Liep?ja, LV-3401.  The doors open at 10am and presentations will be running at 1000hrs, 1200hrs and 1400hrs.
