We are recruiting a Senior Crewing Officer and a Trainee Crew Support Officer to work with the team at our Glasgow office.

Senior Crewing Officer – Glasgow (Office Based)

Full-time | Salary DOE + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crewing Officer to join our office based team in Glasgow. The role supports domestic and international shipping clients across a range of vessel types, delivering crew management and recruitment services.

THE ROLE

  • Manage recruitment and crew management activities
  • Support and guide colleagues across crewing and recruitment
  • Help ensure smooth, compliant recruitment processes

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in marine or shipping is essential
  • Background in crewing, recruitment, contracts, certification, quality or payroll preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Trainee Crew Support Officer – Glasgow (Office Based)

Full-time, Office-based | £24,000 per annum + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Administrator/ Trainee Crew Support Officer looking to advance their career within a dynamic maritime company in Glasgow. We are offering comprehensive training to help the successful candidate grow within the crewing and recruitment division, with excellent potential for quick progression.

We are seeking a hardworking and proactive individual who can demonstrate initiative, has a keen interest in recruitment, crewing, and administration, and is eager to learn new skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all recruitment and crewing administration is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing support to colleagues within the crewing and recruitment teams.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the recruitment and crewing processes within CMR.
