An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Master Mariner to begin a career as a Port Pilot. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and an excellent work/life balance.

• Equal time roster – 6 days on / 6 days off.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ seagoing experience.
• Holder of a Master Mariner Unlimited Certificate, with at least 6 months’ service as Chief Officer or Master. 
• Ideally prior ship handling and Pilotage Exemptions experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside within 1 hour of Dublin Port or be willing to relocate (no relocation package is available).
• Right to live and work in Ireland is essential. as well as having a CoC allowing to work within the Irish Mercantile Marine.
