Summary
Skipper – The Tanera Project – Northwest Scottish Highlands Clyde Marine Recruitment is pleased to be supporting The Tanera Project with the recruitment of a Marine Skipper, joining a unique multivessel operation based on Tanera Mòr in the Summer Isles.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a handson, yearround commercial skipper role at the heart of a remote island environment — delivering passenger transport, crew and cargo movements, logistics support and fueltransfer operations for one of Scotland’s most distinctive marine projects.
We’re looking for a safe, reliable and professional commercial skipper with strong boathandling skills, sound judgement and experience operating in exposed coastal waters.
Essential Qualifications
RYA Advanced Powerboat / OOW
Commercial Endorsement
ML5 / ENG1 (or equivalent)
VHF/SRC, Sea Survival, First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting
Demonstrable commercial vessel experience

Candidates must have the right the work in the UK
Candidates must live within a daily commutable distance to Badentarbat Bay, near Achiltibuie (Northwest Scottish Highlands)
Accommodation may be available for the right candidate
Shift pattern 10 days on 4 days off may also be considered (Shared Accommodation provided on site)
