Summary

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join one of their RoPax vessels. This is a key leadership position responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable management of the Engine Department, ensuring effective communication and cooperation with all other departments onboard.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience sailing as a Chief Engineer on RoPax or RoRo vessels

• Proven record of team leadership, technical problem-solving, and operational excellence

• Valid and up-to-date STCW certification and ENG1 medical

• Right to work in the United Kingdom, as the vessel operates between two UK ports

This position is offered on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. Successful applicants will have STCW and medical renewals covered, paid travel for joining and signing off the ship, and an excellent remuneration package.
