We are recruiting a Marine Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Glasgow office on a full-time, permanent basis.

We’re looking for an experienced Marine Recruitment Consultant to join our office-based team in Glasgow, delivering end-to-end recruitment and crew management services to domestic and international shipping clients across a range of vessel types.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys the pace and challenge of high-volume, contractor-driven recruitment, and who wants to build a career within a specialist, growing sector. Please note that applicants must live within commuting distance of the office and be a UK Resident or have the right to work in the UK.

THE ROLE

• Manage the full recruitment and crew management lifecycle, sourcing and placing contractors at volume
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing client demand
• Support and mentor colleagues across the wider crewing and recruitment team
• Ensure recruitment processes are smooth, efficient, and fully compliant
• Office based role: 9.00am to 5.15pm, Glasgow

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience recruiting or managing a high volume of contractors is essential
• Previous experience in marine or shipping recruitment is desirable
• Background in crewing, recruitment, contracts, certification, quality or payroll preferred
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to get up to speed on new software fast
• Must have the right to work in the UK
