We are seeking an experienced Crewing Officer to join our office-based team in Glasgow. The role supports domestic and international shipping clients across a range of vessel types, delivering crew management and recruitment services.

THE ROLE

• Manage recruitment and crew management activities
• Support and guide colleagues across crewing and recruitment
• Help ensure smooth, compliant recruitment processes
• Office based role: 9.00am to 5.15pm, Glasgow

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in marine or shipping is essential
• Background in crewing, recruitment, contracts, certification, quality or payroll preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Must have the right to work in the UK
