2024 Calendar Photo Competition Winners

Dec 04 2023

our 2024 calendar

Following the success of last year’s calendar competition, we once again reached out to our affiliated seafarers to get them to share their favourite images taken while at sea for our 2024 Calendar. It’s been a hard task to whittle down the images to just twelve, so please enjoy the selected winning entries featured in this year’s calendar.

Thank you to our clients and candidates for their continued support, we look forward to working with you in 2024.

Wishing you all the best for the year ahead.

Ian Livingstone, MD

PHOTO INSPIRATION

In the previous year, we designated specific categories for the submission of remarkable photographs. This year, our emphasis shifted towards unleashing your creativity, offering some guidelines to spark inspiration.

Weather that makes you go “WOW” | Show us the swirling clouds, thumping rain or the brightest rainbow

Land Ahoy Landscapes | Capture the rocky mountains, busy city or a cosy town from your vessel

Life at Sea | From cool action shots (safely of course) to casually walking the deck snaps

From a Different Angle | What’s it like looking from the bridge to a busy port? Through the port hole? Standing on the drydock?

A Look on the Wildlife | Seen some David Attenborough material? Share them with us… Seals, Wales, Dolphins, Birds, etc

There were some really impressive images captured, which we couldn’t use because it didn’t meet the size and oritentation specifications. We were also overwhelmed with the number of sunset images, so we decided to recognised it by creating a collage.
