Our head office in Glasgow accommodates several specialist departments covering marine recruitment, shore-based recruitment, crew management, payroll, and is run by expert HR, Legal, Marketing and Marine Professionals. The Glasgow office predominantly manages recruitment for UK ferry operators and the North Sea offshore energy sector, as well as filling tanker jobs and servicing crew management contracts.

Latvia // Riga

SIA Clyde Marine Recruitment (Latvia) manages crew from the Baltic States who are seeking work at sea with our agency. CMR Latvia manages seafarer applications from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia as well as providing assistance for crew management contracts. This office also provides support services for all Baltic States crew working onboard our clients’ ships, including support to deal with emergency situations, organising local training and seafarer medicals, liaising with local maritime authorities, ensuring effective local wage distribution and providing translation services if required.
